Coaching Contract

This agreement, between Greg and __________ will begin on ________ and will continue for a minimum of three months.

Coaching Fees depend upon the duration of the engagement. Initial introduction is free, allowing us to determine fit.  Any donations made on behalf of the services can be made to Habitat for Humanity.

The services to be provided by the coach to the client will be jointly agreed upon. Coaching sessions are primarily conducted face to face in meetings that are typically from one to two hours in length and are supplemented by phone calls and emails. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. The coaching will concentrate on future options and choices of the client.

Upon completion of the three months, coaching will continue on the same quarterly basis, or a monthly basis if deemed appropriate. The client and coach agree to provide one another with a fourteen-day notice in the event either party wants to cancel future services.

The coach assures the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential.  

Our signatures on this agreement indicate full understanding of and agreement with the information contained in this agreement.
